Client Responsibilities
Content Delivery
Provide all text, logos, high-resolution images, videos, and branding guidelines within 14 days of agreement
Timeline Commitment
Project pauses after 14 days of content delays. Project terminates after 30 days with deposit retained as kill fee
Agreement Term & Automatic Expiration
One-Year Service Term
This Agreement remains in effect for one (1) year from the effective date. Upon the one-year anniversary, the agreement automatically expires, and the Developer is fully released from any obligation to perform further technical modifications, support, or maintenance, unless a new task order or renewal addendum is executed by both parties.
Annual Domain Options After One Year
Option A: Subscription Renewal
Pay the annual Domain Maintenance Fee to renew your custom domain link and maintain active Developer administration with continued support access.
Option B: Domain Forfeiture / Free URL
If you elect not to pay the annual fee, the custom domain connection will be severed. You maintain baseline code ownership and will receive:
- Final warning notification via email
- Complete source files in compressed (.ZIP) folder
- Option to host on your own infrastructure
- Free default Vercel link if configured
